Risk Profile
The portfolio will be comprised of a mix of core, core-plus and value-add investments. Core and Core-plus investments will be characterized by leased facilities with an attractive mark-to-market opportunity along with long-term leased assets that offer attractive risk-adjusted yields relative to traditional warehouses. Value-add investments will be characterized by assets with vacancy or capital improvement needs which will create outsized returns.
